Minimum Order
The minimum order amount is Rs. 1000.
Orders below Rs. 1000 will not be processed.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of Rs. 2000 and above.
Orders below Rs. 2000 will be charged a flat shipping fee (e.g., Rs. 200).
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, and others.
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Delivery Time
Major cities: 2–4 business days.
Remote areas: 5–7 business days.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Please provide a valid mobile number for order confirmation.
Shipping Partners
Orders are dispatched through TCS, Leopard Courier, Call Courier, Trax, or M&P.
Tracking details will be shared once your parcel is shipped.
🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return/exchange (you can decide this).
Process
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Share your order number and, if applicable, pictures/videos of the product.
Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
Return Shipping
In case of wrong or damaged item sent by us, return shipping is free.
For exchanges due to size/color change or change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cash refunds are not available for COD orders — customers may receive store credit or bank transfer.
